I attended my first cord cutting class with Rene and it was such a great experience. Rene’s space was so comforting and cozy and Rene herself was absolutely lovely with such a welcoming and kind presence. I will absolutely be back!

I have been attending five elements classes for a year this coming February. I have found them to be very helpful. The meditation classes are relaxing and very professionally done. Mh favorite class is the belly dancing where I feel energized upon leaving at the end of the session. I recommend that you give it a try.!

My first sound bowl healing class and wow!! I was amazed at how I was able to visualize colors and feel so many bodily sensations during the sessions. I will definitely return! Pretty cool to think our connected our bodies are to sound, smell, and other intangible experiences

This is my second month of Belly dancing classes, I absolutely love it. It has helped me to confidently start loosen up and move my body. For 1 hr I get to feel free.

I just completed Rene’s IET®️ basic, intermediate and advanced certification class and it was an amazing experience! She was extremely thorough in her teachings and made class a safe space to be my true self and share my story. I was thoroughly impressed with the way Rene focused on personal goals. That's not been my experience with other therapists and wellness professionals. I met Renee sometime ago and go to her for Reiki and she is the best. Last night I expanded my horizons and attended Sound Bath hosted by Renee all I can say is Omg I could feel the stress living my body. It was amazing and can’t wait to do it again.

Rene’s sound bowls are so relaxing and grounding. I love going to these and I didn’t want to come out of my meditation. The vibe is so cozy.

I went on a retreat hosted by Rene of 5 Elements in early October. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous venue overlooking the water on Long Island to the delicious cuisine she offered for meals. It was a weekend filled with yoga, writing from the soul, and learning about our human design. Every workshop flowed into the next without overwhelming the attendees. I heard about this retreat through my sister’s friend and I didn’t know anything about 5 Elements before this retreat. Now they have a new client because I want to continue the healing from that special weekend.
