Do we need Pilates experience to join?

No! Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether it’s your first Pilates class or you already love Pilates, our instructors will guide you through the experience and offer modifications when needed.

What should we wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for Pilates classes. If you don’t have a pair, we have socks available to borrow during your visit.

How many people can participate?

Can we customize the experience for a birthday, bridal party, or special event?

Yes! We love celebrating special occasions. Let us know the type of event you’re planning, and we’ll do our best to make it a memorable experience.

How early should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so everyone has time to check in, get comfortable, and prepare for class.

Is this a workout or more of a relaxing experience?

It’s both! Pilates is a full-body workout that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, and mindful movement while still being fun and enjoyable for groups.

Can someone join if they are pregnant or recovering from an injury?

Accepted Answer

Guests should let us know before class if they are pregnant, recently had surgery, or have any injuries or limitations. We can provide modifications when appropriate, but participants should have medical clearance when needed.
