What happens if the weather is bad?
¡El clima en Miami suele cambiar muy rápido! Por esta razón, les pedimos que se presenten en la Marina a la hora acordada. El Capitán es la única persona que puede decidir si las condiciones son aptas para navegar. En caso de que el Capitán determine que no es seguro salir, nos encargaremos de reagendar su reserva.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. To ensure everyone’s safety on board, we recommend avoiding glass containers or bottles. We also suggest easy-to-eat finger foods so you can maximize your comfort while cruising.
What other recommendations should I keep in mind for my trip?
To make your experience unforgettable, we suggest the following: Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Essentials: Bring sunscreen (apply it before boarding!), sunglasses, a hat, and a light change of clothes. Pack Light: Use small bags, as large suitcases take up too much space on board. Footwear: Wear easy-to-remove shoes; you’ll likely be barefoot most of the time. Safety & Comfort: Bring a waterproof bag for your phone. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness pill beforehand and avoiding an empty stomach.
