My husband and I took a workshop here for our first wedding anniversary. We had the absolute BEST time! Not only did we learn to make some fun holiday cocktails - we also enjoyed a lot of laughter, good drinks, and getting to know some really great people. Lillian was the BEST hostess too! She’s so knowledgeable, incredible sweet, and extremely helpful. We honestly cannot wait to do another!♥️

I not only learned so much about different recipes and cocktails, but Lillian was just so much fun and incredibly sweet. I booked the holiday class simply because holiday cocktails are my favorite, but I cannot wait to come back and bring more friends for any class she offers throughout the year! This is so great to have in our wonderful town and I highly recommend booking a class. It’s a great way to spend a couple of hours with your friends and/or family!

A cocktail workshop with Lillian is SO FUN! You can make it your own and have as much fun as you'd like. Her space is perfect, and a great location right on Main Street. I highly suggest booking a workshop!

It was such an awesome, intimate gathering with family and friends who participated on our special day. Lillian was a fabulous host who made it all worth while on our anniversary Halloween theme with spooky libations. Everyone dressed for the occasion which made it even more fun. It was a great time and everyone else enjoyed themselves. Can't wait for the next one!

We had a big party show up for a friends birthday. Needless to say it was a little chaotic as we were in good spirits. But that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time. We learned two simple (and delicious) drink recipes. And had a great time in the process. My favorite part of assemble is that you don’t just make these awesome drinks but you get plenty of time to actually enjoy them and converse with your group. It’s like hanging at the bar and learning something new. Overall this place is a 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back and do it again.

I have attended pre-made workshops, booked private custom workshops, and attended her pop up bars at Boerne’s Diva Night & The Frosted Jack at Christmas & Lillian never fails!! Her drinks are always creative and delicious with the ability to provide NA options or customize ingredients due to likes/dislikes/allergies/etc, not to mention her personality is sparkling and she makes sure you’re treated like a special friend whether you are in a group of 8 or 1 of 500 getting drinks at Diva Night! Would highly recommend Assemble Cocktail for your next event!!!
