Do I need to bring anything for class?

Accepted Answer

No! Mats will be provided for underneath the hammock. Water is suggested for class, but we do have cups and a water cooler here at the studio.

Question 2

Why do I need to remove my watch or my rings?

Accepted Answer

We wrap the fabric around our hands and our wrists frequently. Fabric can catch on metal and create small pulls and tears in the fabric.

Question 3

I have people in my group with different experience levels, is that ok?

Accepted Answer

YES! We provide a lot of instructions during class but encourage people to only do what is comfortable for them. We focus on clear instructions for each pose and then will add on for those who need a challenge or additional cues. While everyone might have a different experience in class, our ultimate goal is for everyone leaving feeling successful, confident, and proud of the things they have accomplished!
