Ariseyoga is one of the most beautiful studios on the Eastside I have ever been to. And Dikla was thorough and as always wonderful. I 100% recommend this studio to anyone new and old.

The space is beautiful and inviting. The instructors are fantastic and each seem to have their own unique approach. Instructors offer modifications making the classes comfortable and welcoming to all levels of yogis🫶🏼 I am so grateful Brianna brought her practice to our community.

Amazing teachers and beautiful studio! The owner, Brianna, is clearly very thoughtful about serving the local yoga community and is on a mission to create a space that everyone feels welcomed in. The schedule has a variety of different classes. All of the plants are sublime! Welcome, AYM. Looking forward to spending more time practicing here.

Just finished an amazing Sculpt Yoga class led by the wonderful Brianna, owner of the studio, and I have to rave about it! I've tried yoga before, but this was next-level in the best way. Brianna is an incredible instructor, she's so attentive, always scanning the room to make sure everyone felt supported, and her motivational style had me digging deep and accomplishing more than I thought possible. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and surprisingly energized. One of the things that made it stand out was how inclusive it was. She provided options for every exercise: scaled-down versions for beginners like me, and more intense variations for those wanting an extra challenge. It truly felt beginner- and experienced-friendly, no one got left behind or bored. The class itself was a blast, fun flows, great music, and that perfect mix of strength and yoga that left me smiling. And the studio? Spotless, cute decor that makes it feel cozy and inviting, and just comfortable all around. Brianna, thank you for such a positive, empowering experience, you're an awesome teacher and host! If you're on the fence about trying her Sculpt class, do it. You’ll leave feeling proud of yourself. 10/10 recommend! 💪🧘‍♀️✨
