How soon should we book?

Accepted Answer

The sooner the better. Once you’ve picked out a date, make a deposit to lock you in. We get booked anywhere from 2-8 weeks ahead, sometimes more.

Question 2

Can we get a refund on our deposit?

Accepted Answer

If you’ve decided that you want to cancel, you can do so up until 2 weeks prior to your booking date. After that, the deposit is non refundable.

Question 3

What happens if it’s raining on the day of our event?

Accepted Answer

We have a tent that we can bring with us in case it rains, but alternatively, we are mobile enough to do it indoors. If you want to see these setups, we can email you photos to give you an idea.

Question 4

Do you provide everything?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have an optional full dinner setup that will make your party stress free! No need to worry about tables, chairs linens or dinnerware. We bring everything to you. Only thing you’d need to provide is your drinks! We bring Sake too!

Do you have gluten free options?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do! Just let your chef know during the booking process and we will make sure to make it happen
