Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone 5 years of age and above are welcome, however anyone 12 and under must wear a life jacket during the entire tour. We provide 2 Child sized life jackets.

Parking at the marina?
On the day of your event text RIVER222 to 25023 and link will be sent to your phone via Text2Park. Enter your license plate number and credit card information. Advanced payment is not available.
Safety
Safety is very important to all of us of course! We are coast guard certified. We provide life jackets for all. When you arrive you will have to sign a waiver. If under the age of 18 a legal guardian must sign before you can hop on. We also have 2 fire extinguishers on board.

Are you USCG approved?
Yes we are! All Cycle Boats go through a rigorous inspection before they are shipped off. We must go through training with our certified Captains and the local USCG.
Is smoking allowed?
No! None of any kind what so ever. We have an exposed gas tank and the Federal Government prohibits it.
Restricted items?
No kegs.
Do all riders have to be over 18?
No. All ages are welcome. All riders are required to sign a waiver for those over the age of 18. All riders must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for those under 18 year's of age. We have adult lifejackets on board for all guests.

What Can I bring on to drink?
You can bring Beer, Wine and Liquor. We do not provide ice so make sure you bring ice and cups! If you bring glass bottles please bring plastic cups to pour your beverage into, or you can purchase souvenir cups on board for $2 a person to use for the tour. We highly suggest bringing water also!

You are the DJ! Bring your playlist which will connect via blue tooth to our speaker! Don't worry in case you forget we have you covered!
What is the refund/reschedule/weather policy?
Once a tour is booked it is non-refundable **(no matter what, zero exceptions)**. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you are able to do so within 72 hours of your tour for a store credit. A weather cancellation can only be determined by the company. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled tour only. ***If it is raining the tour will still go on as scheduled.*** If the weather is severe the company will contact you within 2 hours of your tour and provide you with a store credit which you can use to book another tour in the future.

Cycle Boat:
Booking during the Detroit Boat Races
If you book during the Detroit Boat races which is a weekend that is still yet TBD, Detroit Cycle Boat will move your tour location. You will have ample notice as soon as this information becomes available to us. No tours are refundable once booked. We will provide you with the dates once we know them. Since Detroit Cycle Boat starts and finishes all tours in the middle of the races pathway. We are required to move by the USCG. Your tour will still be the full and best experience just in a new location.
How long is the experience?
We do 2 HOUR CRUISES!
How many passengers?
We can fit up to 16 PEOPLE ON BOARD THE CYCLEBOAT AND 18 ON THE BIG KAHUNA 2.0. Perfect for PARTIES and TEAM BUILDING!
Is it hard to pedal?
NOT AT ALL! We have 10 pedal stations, a large bench seat, and room to walk around. You can even take turns pedaling!
Can you bring your own drinks and snacks?
Absolutely, bring whatever you'd like!
Do you make any stops
We have a designated 15 minute HALFWAY STOP when dockage is available (99% of time) for: Bathrooms, Food, and Beverage.
Who provides the ice?
We have plenty of COOLER SPACE! You provide the ice and cups! Souvenir cups all be available for purchase on board to enjoy your beverage!
