Hello, I'm Theresa with Blue Topaz Yoga. I relocated to Nashville from Illinois, where I initially began my fitness journey. Following my retirement from a demanding 25-year career, I embarked on a path of self-discovery and inner peace. Despite maintaining a strict fitness regimen and mindful diet during my career, I grappled with persistent stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. Seeking more profound solutions, I delved into holistic well-being in May 2022, integrating Yoga and Pilates into my routine. These practices became the foundation of my daily life, fostering physical health and inner balance.

The transformation was profound, leading me to share my newfound sense of peace and balance with others. With years of experience teaching Pilates and Yoga, I found fulfillment in guiding others on their paths to well-being. I envisioned more than a fitness studio; I longed to create a space radiating tranquility, welcoming individuals as part of a harmonious family.
