What if there is bad weather on the day of my rental?
Lux Hot Tub Boat Rentals operates rain or shine, all year round. Our boats are designed to provide a warm and comforting experience, regardless of the weather. However, safety is our top priority. In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your booking.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. This allows us enough time to get you checked in, provide a brief orientation of the boat and safety instructions, and answer any last-minute questions you may have. Arriving a bit early also ensures that you can make the most of your scheduled time on the water. Please note, if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your rental time due to subsequent bookings.
Can I cancel or reschedule a reservation?
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us and we will assist you. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details on changes or cancellations.

We understand you may wish to prolong your experience on the water. While we will do our best to accommodate extensions, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We highly recommend booking your desired duration in advance.
What happens if I return to the dock late?
We understand that time can fly when you're enjoying the bay and our hot tub boats. However, we have strict return times to ensure that all of our guests can enjoy their full allotted time on the water. If a boat is returned late, a fee may be applied to cover the inconvenience caused to the next renters. We kindly ask all our guests to respect their return times and help us make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Please make sure to plan your voyage accordingly.
What is the temperature of the water?
Our hot tub boats are all about providing a luxurious, cozy, and comfortable experience on the water. To ensure this, we maintain our hot tub water temperature at a pleasant 102 degrees Fahrenheit (or about 39 degrees Celsius), which is a typical setting for hot tubs. This temperature is carefully chosen to provide a warm and soothing experience, while also considering safety and comfort levels. Please remember to stay hydrated during your journey and feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions or concerns about the water temperature.
Can I bring my pet on the hot tub boat?
While we absolutely love our furry friends, for safety and hygiene reasons, we currently do not allow pets aboard our hot tub boats. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all our customers, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of our boats. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
