Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour and receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non refundable. Guests who arrive late after the tour has departed will not receive a refund.
Tours cancelled by Mint Julep due to weather or force majeure will be fully refunded. Refund requests must be submitted by email, either by replying to your confirmation email or by emailing nashville@mintjuleptours.com. Refunds are processed on the next business day and may take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your account.
