Question 1

Can i drink alcohol and smash/splatter/throw?

Accepted Answer

Due to safety and not getting smash debris in your drink, we unfortunately do not allow any drinking of any items in the activity rooms. We reserve the right to deny service to any person we suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We do offer BYOB in the party room itself.

Question 2

Can i take pictures or videos during my session?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We allow you to take unlimited pictures/videos with your mobile device. We’d love if you tag us on anything you post to social media! We also have cameras installed in each room, so if you’d rather focus on smashing and leave the recording to us, you can purchase a video of your session either at the time of booking or when you’re done.

Question 3

What can i smash?

Accepted Answer

Our smash packages include common household items like glassware, dishes, and electronics. Specialty items like car windshields and office copy machines are also available. You can even smash a used car!

What do i need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you are wearing closed-toed shoes!!! Boots and jeans are recommended but not required. Jumpsuits are available. Otherwise, just bring your smile and an appetite for destruction!

Question 5

Do i have to sign a waiver? is it available online?

Accepted Answer

Each participating adult must sign a release before participating. Each participating youth/minor must have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Our waiver form is available on the location page of the iSmash you are visiting. If you book online, there will be a link to the waiver form in the confirmation email sent to you after booking. You can also complete the waiver when at the time of check-in using one of our kiosks.

Do you have wi-fi? can i play music?

Accepted Answer

Yes and yes! We have free Wi-Fi, and each smash room is equipped with speakers and auxiliary hookups for iPhone/Android devices so you can play your own smash soundtrack at no extra cost!

Question 7

Can i bring my own stuff to smash?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) package. All items most be approved by us upon arrival. The following items are prohibited:

Pressurized cans
Light bulbs
Heating or cooling mechanisms
Anything poisonous or toxic
CRT monitors or televisions

Question 8

Can i participate if i'm pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Our safety guidelines do not permit pregnant women to participate.
