Chad was amazing! He was so nice and funny, and was chatting us up well! He told his some cool stories and lots of fun things I never knew. It was the perfect length for a tour, and he got us some just amazing donuts and other treats.

The experience was super fun. We got to try so many different treats and our tour guide Chad and was amazing.

Chad did a great job and very excited to be able to walk around Santa Monica with a new friend for a few hours!

Mike is a wonderful tour guide showing us some of the best spots for donuts / desserts my favorite is the butter salt donut & churros with dulce de leche . Along the way he told us some interesting history about Santa Monica . Walking with the sea breeze was such a great bonus .

I had a great time with our tour guide Mike. He was very knowledgeable. My favorite donut place on the tour was Sidecar donuts because the flavor was really good and very cake like. My second favorite place was Papis churros. The fillings were very unique. The last place I loved was McConnell's ice cream. They had really good ice cream. The tour had a great variety of dessert choices and was excellent, I recommend you do it.

Our family of 5 joined Chad for our donut, churro, and ice cream tour. Chad is a lively and fun personality. He was easily able to keep us entertained between stops and with the other family of 2 that joined us. Chad shared background about each stop and was well prepared with gloves to handle the food, a cutting board, bench scrapper to cut the donuts/churros, napkins, and hand sanitizer. He also shared knowledge about the area as we walked between each business. Each place had wonderful options making it hard to narrow down to just 2-3 donuts per place. The churros were made fresh while we sat outside and the ice cream was so delicious. At the churro location, they had Mexican Cokes which we had to try. Suggestions, bring water, wear sunscreen, wear comfortable walking shoes (the walk is easy), sunglasses, and a hat if you like.

Didn’t know a donut tour could be this cool but here we are. Mike was a great guide and the stops were all legit. I had done a great Dodger Stadium tour he led last year but I didn't know he's also a donut expert! Randy’s apple fritter, Sidecar’s huckleberry and sea salt, churros, then McConnell’s ice cream — it’s a seriously good lineup. Came home very full and very happy.

The tour was absolutely fantastic! We got to travel around to historic donut places all over Santa Monica and our tour guide was so interactive, and we learned so much about the history of donut places in Santa Monica! Some of our favorite donuts were sidecar’s huckleberry doughnut, and Randy’s lemon glaze doughnut. I would highly recommend for a family activity on the weekends. It is an amazing walking experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a donut tour, but this completely exceeded any expectations. Our guide Mike (who my husband knows from his great Dodger Stadium tours) was wonderful — knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and great with our whole group. The itinerary was thoughtfully put together: starting at Randy’s for that legendary Apple Fritter, then on to Sidecar for the huckleberry and sea salt donuts (both were incredible), followed by churros and a final stop at McConnell’s for ice cream. Each spot felt carefully chosen. By the end we were happily full and already talking about who we’d bring next time. A truly memorable outing.

If you’re visiting Santa Monica and you love food, do yourself a favor and book this tour. We went as a family and every single stop delivered. Mike, our guide, was equal parts knowledgeable and entertaining — he wove in real history about the neighborhood alongside everything you’d ever want to know about donuts. The Apple Fritter at Randy’s set the bar high, and Sidecar somehow cleared it with the huckleberry and sea salt options. Churros and McConnell’s ice cream finished the experience on a high note. We left feeling like we’d had a full meal AND a history lesson. Highly recommend.

Great experience for the kids and my boyfriend who has a huge sweet tooth! Chad was very informative and accommodating since we were about 10 minutes late bc of LA traffic. We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone of all ages!

It was so much fun! The food was sooo good and it was only a hour long! Chad was such a sweet and funny guy. It’s crazy that we got so many donuts and we all left stuffed!!!
