How do we book a Group Appointment?
Email the location and the General Manager will confirm the details and provide a contract.
Is a deposit required?
With groups of 3 or more we require a 50% deposit.
What group sizes can you accomodate?
We can accomodate groups of 2 or more, but depending on the day may have a limit on how many can get massages at the same time. Prior groups have split into 2 so that some are getting their massage while others are having a bit across the street at a local restaurant. For larger groups we can also shut down the space and let the rest of the group socialize in the reception area during the massages. Contact us to customize your experience.
Will everyone in the group receive the same service?
No, individuals can select their preferred massage and add the enhancements they like to customize their experience.
Can we bring food/drinks or other decorations?
We are only allowed to have food or drinks if the entire space is booked for that period of time. Contact the manager to discuss options if this is desired.

How early should the group arrive prior to their scheduled Massage?
We recommend 10-15 minutes prior so that you can fill out any required forms. The event coordinator should provide names and contact information for the party at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Are gratuities included for the group?
Gratuities are typically added for massage services. These can be automatically added for group bookings, or you can have each guest pay separately if desired.
What if members of the group are late?
Since we have dedicated time slots, if you are late to your scheduled time then the actual massage time could be shortened.
What massage times are available?
We offer 25 minute massages (2-3 areas of the body) and also 50 and 80 minute massages that are full body. These are the times for the hands-on massage and do not include the time for dressing before and after the massage.
