I’ve been going semi-regularly for at least a year or more and have seen a few different therapists, but now I only book with Lewis! He’s truly the best and knows exactly how to target my problem spots and ease my pain. He also gives great advice on ways to stretch and move between sessions to keep my muscles loose. I highly recommend him especially to those who enjoy deep tissue!

I’ve been seeing Lewis for over a year now and he’s simply the best. I have tried the Oak Lawn location as I live closer, but I’d rather make the drive to have Lewis as my therapist! Great for recovery, overall lymphatic health, & relaxation. Front desk staff are also always extremely nice.

I just had my first massage with Lewis and it was incredible! Just by looking at my posture, he recommended what to focus on and I wasn’t so sure, but he showed me during the massage and he was right. He knew exactly what to focus on, and the tightness melted away. Thank you, Lewis and definitely coming back!

Marquita is amazing. She has magic hands! I’ve had many massages, but hers stands out for her intuitive pressure and focused attention on problem areas. I happened to schedule with her through a random pick months ago, but now I’ve become one of her regulars. The Now is so peaceful, and I felt completely cared for. Tammy is truly the best I highly recommend her! She has such a gentle touch, yet she really knows how to address all of your specific needs. She takes the time to get to know you and makes every session feel personal and comfortable. I always leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and so much better than when I arrived. My wife and I had a couples massage here recently and loved it! The staff is super professional and approachable. In the front parlor there is a ton of natural light and a really cute and relaxing aesthetic. The massage area is extremely relaxing, dimly lit, lovely aromatherapy, and a gorgeous ocean soundtrack plays quietly overhead. You certainly feel transported to the beach. The blankets smell lovely and are the perfect temperature for warming and relaxing your muscles. My message therapist, Tre, did an excellent job working out all the knots in my upper back and using firm pressure to relax my lower back as well. Overall, awesome experience and would go back!

First time experience was 10/10. Beautiful ambience

The Now on Lower Greenville is a lovely place to get a massage. I had the pleasure of experiencing a 50-minute "The Healer" with Alba yesterday. The space is quiet, calm, and a comfortable temperature. When you walk back where the massages take place you are transported to an island destination with wood and soft textile decor, the lights are dim, and waves crashing is your soundtrack. Alba asked me what I needed before we headed back and very much responded to my asks. Her hands were soothing and healing applying just the right pressure. With a friendly and gentle energy - don't be fooled by her small stature - she can get in deep where you need that extra oomph for tight muscles and goes light in areas where more of a relaxation touch is wanted (hello, hamstrings, for me!).
