The Now on Lower Greenville is a lovely place to get a massage. I had the pleasure of experiencing a 50-minute "The Healer" with Alba yesterday. The space is quiet, calm, and a comfortable temperature. When you walk back where the massages take place you are transported to an island destination with wood and soft textile decor, the lights are dim, and waves crashing is your soundtrack. Alba asked me what I needed before we headed back and very much responded to my asks. Her hands were soothing and healing applying just the right pressure. With a friendly and gentle energy - don't be fooled by her small stature - she can get in deep where you need that extra oomph for tight muscles and goes light in areas where more of a relaxation touch is wanted (hello, hamstrings, for me!). Amazing atmosphere for a relaxing massage! Lala was professional and listened to what I preferred. Will definitely visit again.
