The whiskey selection likely requires no feedback: it is beyond excellent and beyond varied. What makes it even better, however, is the knowledgeable staff and bartenders: simply incredible service, astonishing knowledge, and well-considered recommendations.

The food is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about whiskeys. You may know exactly which bourbon you want to order. You may know how many years it was aged, which ruckhouse it was in, and what farm the corn came from. Or, you may not know the difference between Bourbon and Scotch. Either way, the staff will make you feel welcomed and set you up for an enjoyable evening.

Luke was an exceptionally gracious and educational host. We all learned something about whiskey making, Georgetown history, and just how much we loved good bourbon. And the beef cheeks were great!

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the food was delicious and the staff welcoming and attentive. We were a large group and felt so welcome and comfortable that we did not realize that we spent three hours eating and drinking.
