Additional information:
BYOB is allowed; no glass or Styrofoam containers permitted on board.
A large cooler with ice is provided.
Pickup and drop-off are at the 360 Bridge Boat Ramp.
A $5 cash fee is required to enter the Travis County boat ramp area.
A rideshare or designated driver is recommended for the trip home.
Cruises are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or refunded for unsafe conditions.

Should I tip the Captains?
Yes. Captains keep 100% of any tips received.
Where do you pick up and drop off?
We will pick you and your crew up at the 360 Bridge Boat Ramp ( located directly under the bridge at 5019 TX-360 Loop, Austin, TX 78746 ) and we'll drop you back off where we started. Don't forget your $5 cash needed to enter the pick up area (payable at the Travis County Entry Booth), credit cards are not accepted.
How many people does the boat hold?
We can hold up to 12 passengers (plus your captain)
What's your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your cruise, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel under 14 days out, you'll receive a refund minus the required 25% deposit. If you cancel less than 72 hours out, you'll be responsible for the full amount and will not receive a refund (we recommend the trip protection offering at checkout).
What about bad weather?
We will be as flexible as possible when it comes to the weather, but safety is our number one priority and provided it's safe, you and your crew are welcome aboard! We do however reserve the right to cancel (and offer a refund or reschedule) due to unsafe conditions. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Do y'all serve alcohol?
No. We do, however, have a giant cooler for all your beverages you'd like to bring on board. Please do not bring any glass or Styrofoam cups / containers. Lastly, we always HIGHLY recommend using ride share apps or having a safe and responsible way to get home.
What's on board?
Other than the best captains on Lake Austin, you'll find a cooler for all your beverages, a sound system for all your tunes, a pink lily pad, pink floaties, a party pole (for whatever you'd like), plenty of seating and all the safety gear needed for a fun, worry free day on the water!
What If I want a custom charter time /duration?
Provided our captains are available and we do not have another charter scheduled, we are more than happy to accommodate a custom time / request - please contact us to organize, before booking.
