We had the best time at Vino Vinyasa for my sister's bach! Our teacher, Laura, was so knowledgeable about wine (AND was a fab yoga teacher) and we learned about rosé and tasted two wines after yoga. What a fun and creative combo! Highly recommend!

What a cool concept! I didn't quite understand that you would learn about wine WHILE you flow (though reading back, they make it pretty clear lol). We learned, laughed, and got a little movement in during a party weekend. Loved our instructor, too, she was a wealth of knowledge about things to do in Nashville.
