Do you plan events outside of Dallas?

Yes! We currently offer full-service planning in both Dallas–Fort Worth and Chicago. Travel fees may apply depending on location and event size.

What’s included in full-service planning?

Every event includes concept creation, vendor recommendations and coordination, timeline planning, setup/styling, and event-day management. We also integrate rentals from our sister company, Rent the Scene, when needed.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 6 weeks to plan your event. For larger or more custom experiences, we recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
