Do you plan events outside of Dallas?

Yes! We currently offer full-service planning in both Dallas–Fort Worth and Chicago. Travel fees may apply depending on location and event size.

What’s included in full-service planning?

Every event includes concept creation, vendor recommendations and coordination, timeline planning, setup/styling, and event-day management. We also integrate rentals from our sister company, Rent the Scene, when needed.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 6 weeks to plan your event. For larger or more custom experiences, we recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Can I still be involved in the planning?

Absolutely! You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like. We always start with a discovery call to learn your vision and preferences, and keep you informed along the way

Our full-service event planning experiences start at $5,000. This covers a turnkey experience and reflects current market value for high-quality, detail-driven events. Final pricing depends on your event type, size, location, and vendor needs.
