Rental is for ONE Jeep (no per person fee) (driver – must be at least 21 years old) that accommodates up to four people for a duration of 22.5 Hours. When Booking, select 1 traveler (driver.) During your rental you will pick the Jeep up at 11a.m. (or later by appointment) and return the Jeep ONE Day Later by 9:30a.m

Frequently Asked Questions
What specific information do you want to collect per customer?
Driver must be at least 21 years old and have a valid US Driver's License along with proof of auto insurance covering the rented vehicle. Driver will need to complete a Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement upon check in.
Any places we are NOT allowed with the Jeep during the Rental?
Yes, Off-Road Parks are strictly prohibited, as well as Ben Fly Creek and Old Mill Creek Road. These areas will be marked and geofenced on the preloaded maps for each jeep and if taken to one of these areas, jeep will be shut down and renter will pay a $1,000 recovery fee.
What happens if I need roadside assistance during my rental?
Please call the office at 615-730-3220 and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. If there are any mechanical issues during your rental period, please report immediately.
What happens if I get the jeep stuck and need assistance?
Please call the office at 615-730-3220 and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. Please note that you will be charged a $1,000 recovery fee and be responsible for any damage done to the jeep while during your rental period.
Is there a minimum daily mileage limit?
No, but we do ask that renters remain in the state of Tennessee during the rental period. Mileage will be recorded before and after each rental.

Do you allow smoking in the jeep rentals?
No, we do not allow smoking in our jeep rentals. If they are returned smelling of smoke, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.
Do I get a price break for multiple days?
No, there are no price breaks for multiple days. Multiple days must be approved prior to your rental as many times, these jeeps are already reserved for another reservation upon your return.
Do you charge for additional drivers?
No, however, all driver’s must be at least 21 years old and fall under the responsibility of the initial jeep renter.
I have a smart phone. Do you rent GPS navigation devices?
We include an preloaded IPAD with suggested routes, destinations and waypoints with every jeep rental. This IPAD is the responsibility of the Renter during the rental period. We do not share log in information for our mapping systems.
I have my own jeep. Can you share your GPS maps with me?
No, we do not share our maps/itinerary.
What is your cancellation policy?
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. If this experience is canceled by the outfitter due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
What are suggested items to bring?
Light Jacket or Sweatshirt Sunglasses Camera Sunscreen and/or Inspect Repellent Weather Appropriate Attire (Rain Gear/Jacket/Gloves) Drinks/Snacks Valuable items are not recommended on the activity. Outfitter will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items of guests. No personal storage is available onsite.
Do I need to have insurance?
Proof of insurance for the rental period must be presented at check in. If your current personal auto insurance policy allows coverage of rental vehicles, bring your current insurance card along to be verified at check in. If you are unsure if your personal auto policy covers rental vehicles or do not have a personal auto policy, you can purchase a supplemental insurance policy (under $50/day) through the Fisher’s Off-Road’s policy at MBA Insurance.
