Will my jewelry lose its shine over time? (Will it tarnish?)
No—it shouldn’t! We source our jewelry from reputable vendors, and our chains are gold filled and is designed to last. With proper care, your piece will keep its shine.
Will I feel anything during the process? (Does it hurt?)
Not at all! ✨ The welding process is quick (less than a minute) and completely safe. We place a protective leather patch between your skin and the jewelry, so you never feel the spark. As for comfort, we’ll size your piece carefully to make sure it feels natural—even while sleeping.
What if I change my mind later—can it be removed?
Yes! Permanent jewelry can be easily removed with a pair of scissors or snippers. If you’d rather not remove it yourself, we’re happy to help.
How can I clean my permanent jewelry?
The best way is to use a solution of warm water and mild dish soap. Gently scrub your jewelry with a soft toothbrush or cloth to remove oils and dirt. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Help! I broke my Sappy jewelry, what now?
Don’t stress — it happens! ✨ While our pieces are made with love and care, jewelry can sometimes snag, loosen, or break. Because we’re a small business, we can’t offer full repairs or replacements, but we always want you to feel supported. If it’s a permanent bracelet that’s broken at the jump ring, we’re happy to re-weld it for you at a future pop-up for a small fee ($5). For all other pieces, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to guide you with next steps. 💌 At the end of the day, Sappy isn’t just about jewelry — it’s about you feeling confident and cared for.
Can you bring the experience to me? (Do you travel for parties?)
Yes! We’re happy to bring Sappy to you. Availability depends on party size and distance—just reach out with details, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How long the jewelry lasts?
Jewelry can last as long you as you’d like as it can but cut with off with pliers or twisted with tweezers. Or a clasp can be added for ease of on and off.
What materials are available?
The metals are sterling silver , 14k gold filled and 18k gold filled
Age restrictions?
We would not recommend it for toddlers without adult supervision as these pieces are small and can be easy to choke if removed.
Travel/setup requirements?
We travel accordingly and can take up as much room with 2 tables at 6x4 and 4x4 or as small as a coffee round table and stool. We come with our own power and welding equipment. We just ask that everyone has a great time!
How long the welding process takes?
Welding process lasts 5 - 10 minutes depending on how many pieces one person gets and what it is.
