Not at all! The process is completely painless. The welding only connects the chain, and your skin is never in contact with the equipment.

"Can I remove the jewelry if I change my mind?"

Accepted Answer

Yes! Although it’s designed to stay on permanently, you can remove it at home using nail clippers, scissors or wire cutters. If you’d like to have it reattached later, we may be able to re-weld for a small fee.

Yes! Permanent jewelry does not need to be removed for airport security and will not set off metal detectors.

It’s important to inform your healthcare provider about any permanent jewelry prior to an MRI. In some cases, they may recommend professional removal to ensure safety during the scan. If you need to remove your jewelry for medical reasons we may be able to re-weld for a small fee.

Your jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but to keep it looking its best: Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine or cleaning agents). Gently clean with mild soap and water if needed. During your service you will be given a polishing cloth keep your new piece clean.

"What if I need to cancel my appointment, group booking or party?"

Life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule for appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. For group bookings and parties a *48 hour cancellation notice* is required. Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
