What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows a full range of motion. Grip socks are mandatory on all reformer machines for safety and hygiene. If you don't bring your own pair, grip socks are available for purchase in the studio!

Is this workout suitable for beginners or groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Although the class is high-energy and fast-paced, our expert instructors provide modifications throughout the workout so everyone in your group from beginners to advanced fit-goers, can move at their own level.

Question 3

How early should we arrive before class starts?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows our team to get you checked in, set up your reformer, and walk you through the machine basics before class kicks off.

How is BODYROK different from standard Pilates?

BODYROK combines traditional reformer Pilates with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You get a low-impact, joint-friendly workout with intense muscle burn, high-energy music, and faster transitions for maximum results in just 45 minutes.

Do you have lockers and showers at each of your locations?

All locations have bathrooms and changing rooms, however, only Laguna Hills has full locker rooms with showers.
