How do I book and pay for my picnic experience?

Accepted Answer

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Payments can be made via invoice using major debit/credit cards or electronic payment platforms.

Question 2

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans change! Refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled event. If you need to cancel within 7–14 days, please notify us as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, we’ll gladly apply your deposit toward a future booking within 30 days of your original event date (based on availability). A $50 transfer fee may apply for rescheduled Curations.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Full refunds are available only for cancellations made 30 days or more in advance. Cancellations made within 30 days are not eligible for a refund, but your deposit may be transferred to a future booking (transfer fee may apply). Refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Question 4

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We always recommend having a backup indoor or covered space available. If inclement weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be credited toward a future Elevated Curations experience.

Question 5

Will my event look exactly like the mock-up or inspiration photos?

Accepted Answer

Each Curation is uniquely styled and tailored to your event. While we strive to stay true to the design and theme shown in mock-ups or inspiration photos, specific items such as tableware, décor elements, florals, and furniture may vary based on availability and sourcing. Rest assured, we always maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of your chosen experience and will communicate any major substitutions in advance.
