How far in advance can i book a limo?
We operate 24/7, and you can book a limo as far in advance as you want. We always recommend making your reservation in advance to make sure we have availability. Text us first to confirm.
How will i know when my limo is almost there?
We do our best to text you and let you know how far the limo is. However, sometimes that isn’t possible for safety reasons. In those cases, you’ll still receive a text once the limo has arrived.
Do I get charged for the time in between my rides or while i am at my event?
Just to clarify, the time you spend at your event, boat, or any other occasion is not charged to you. The limo also does not remain on standby during that time, even if you’ve booked a round trip. For the return portion of your booking, the same limo or a different one will arrive to pick you up for your second reservation. It works similarly to a ride-hailing or ride-sharing service. The only exception is if you arrange a custom quote for the limo to stay with your party throughout the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation charge is $69, which is the same amount as your minimum charge. Any remaining balance of your reservation (if it exceeds $69) is refundable when cancelled more than 14 days before your scheduled trip. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled date, 50% of the total reservation amount is refundable. For example, if your reservation is $500, you would receive a $250 refund if it is cancelled within that 14-day window. Please note that same-day cancellations are not refundable, as the driver and limousine are already reserved and prepared for your trip.
Can you give me an example of how I can calculate my reservation cost?
To estimate your reservation cost, enter your pickup and drop-off locations in Google Maps to get the trip duration, then multiply the minutes by $3 per minute. For example, a 25-minute trip is approximately $75, while trips around 15 minutes are typically covered by the $69 minimum (up to about 23 minutes). Please note this is only an estimate and does not include wait time, traffic, or delays. Final pricing may vary based on conditions.

When does the time start/end?
Time starts when the limo arrives at your pickup location and ends once all passengers have exited the vehicle at drop-off.
How does payment work?
A minimum charge of $69 applies to all reservations, which includes up to 23 minutes. If your trip is 23 minutes or less, there are no additional charges. If your trip exceeds 23 minutes, an additional $3 per minute is charged for the extra time beyond the included 23 minutes.
Can i schedule a ride if I don't have the address? (AIRBNB)
Yes, you can schedule a ride even if you don’t have exact pickup or drop-off addresses yet. If you know the general area, you can enter that, or simply write “TBD” if the details are not available. For example, if you’re booking an Airbnb but don’t have the address yet, you can still reserve your limo to secure the booking. The same applies if your destination is not finalized, such as a boat reservation or venue that may change. In these cases, you can also enter a general note like “To the Lake” in the address field.
Can I reschedule my ride time?
48 hours in advance, yes, if there is availability.
What if I want to change the information I inputted in the reservation form?

How do I know if my dates and times are available?
Please text us to verify at 512-910-5466. Our primary operating days are Thursday through Saturday, 9 AM to 3 AM. For all other days and times, availability must be confirmed in advance to ensure we can accommodate the reservation minimum.
How far do you go outside Austin if i am booking the limo and riding it from Austin?
If your pick up location is in Austin and you want to go outside the city there is no limit to how far we can take you. Keep in mind there are flat fees for other areas.
What if I want to book more than one limo for the same location (large groups)?
If you are booking multiple limos for the same pickup and drop-off locations, you can adjust the quantity of the $69 minimum charge at checkout to match the number of limos you need. For example, if you are booking 3 limos for the same trip, you would select a quantity of 3 at checkout, resulting in 3 separate $69 charges.

Where will the limo park and pick me up?
Cadillac Escalade stretch limos will try to pick you up directly at your address whenever possible. However, due to their size, they may need to stop at a nearby safe and accessible location if there are road restrictions, steep driveways, gates, or limited parking. If your location may be difficult to access, we recommend meeting the driver at the nearest open or easily accessible area.
