Do you travel to us, or do we come to you?

Both! You can enjoy a private class in our infrared-heated studio or we can bring the full experience to your Airbnb, home, hotel, or outdoor location. We provide mats, music, and everything you need.

What is infrared heat and why is it special?

Infrared heat gently warms the body from the inside out. It supports detoxification, eases muscle tension, boosts circulation, and leaves your skin with a radiant post-class glow. It feels like sunshine—soft, soothing, and never stuffy.

How long is the class?

Standard classes are 60 minutes, but we can customize the length if needed—shorter or longer sessions available upon request.

What’s included if you travel to us?

We bring up to 18 yoga mats, a speaker, curated music, props (if needed), and a special mat for the guest of honor. All you need to do is show up

What should we wear and bring?

Wear comfy clothing you can move in and bring water. That’s it! If you're in our studio, we can provide small towels since the infrared heat brings that detox sweat.

Do you offer customizations?

Yes! You can request specific music, class styles (energizing, restorative, slow flow, etc.), and any special touches for the guest of honor. We love making it personal.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel within our immediate area is included. A small travel fee may apply for locations farther out—just ask and we’ll quote it.
