What you'll do:

You and your group will learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch in this hands-on and interactive workshop. Learn about different types of flour, pasta dough, kneading, and shaping techniques (no experience necessary).

We will spend 1.5 - 2 hours together making your pasta, and you have the option to pack it all up and take it home, or for me to help cook your creation so you can enjoy a group meal together when I leave!

Alyssa has been teaching pasta workshops all over the Wilmington area for just over a year now, and these workshops usually sell out quickly! She explains each step of the process with hands on examples and ensures you walk away with the confidence to make your own pasta at home.

• All supplies will be provided

• Both pasta options do contain wheat and gluten

• One option has eggs and the other does not, so there is a vegan option available

• Please reach out if there are any gluten-free group members so we can discuss if this workshop would have a safe option for them- I try to accommodate when I can!
