Your hotel room doubles as your private fitting room for your 2-day trial period.
Leave any returns with the front desk and inform us on the app/website.
You'll only be charged for what you keep. Pieces not returned after 2 days will be considered kept and automatically charged as a purchase.
Items may not be returned in damaged condition or with tags removed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance of my trip do I need to place my order?
When possible, try to place your order at least 3 days before your scheduled date of arrival. Some pieces are available for next-day delivery.
I don't see my hotel on the list. Can I still make an order?
Yes, Wanderobe can service almost any hotel in New York City. If you want to see a property added, click the link on the homepage under "Create Trip" to submit a suggestion, or contact connect@wanderobe.co
How much does it cost?
At the time of booking, there is a $25 reservation fee per item. At the time of checkout, you'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep after the 2 day trial. Our designer partners set their own prices, which we never inflate.
Where will my wardrobe be when I arrive at my hotel?
We have different arrangements with each hotel. In some cases, your wardrobe will be ready for you in your room. In other cases, the front desk will hold the wardrobe for you in a secure location and give it to you when you check-in.
