Ray was incredible and we had so much fun. Escaping the "Prison Break" was a blast and stumped even my friend who goes often. I'd request Ray as a guide again. And this escape was so interactive. Many laughs and fun challenges. Photo 1 in review by Vail Lindsey

Had an awesome time here! My girlfriend and I did The Depths which was a good challenge and a nice intro for me with it being my first escape room. Harrison was great too, he gave the right amount of hints while still letting us figure out much of it on our own. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the Gaslamp area and looking for something fun and different to do!

It was our first time as a family and it was amazing. Definitely coming back and would recommend for anybody looking for an amazing experience. The customer service there was excellent.

Tommy and Kail were awesome! Very friendly and welcoming staff. They went the extra mile and surprised my fiancé and I with a celebratory gift bag with lots of goodies which was so appreciated!! We did the Special Ops room and had so much fun! Definitely would recommend and we will be coming back the next time we’re in the area.

The escape room was amazing! Nico and Aiden were incredibly friendly and nice. We had such an awesome experience! They even wrote a small letter for my boyfriend's birthday, which was so sweet and made his celebration unforgettable!

Tommy was our host for the evening and did a great job Elliot was also friendly and kind and made the experience welcoming. The puzzles were challenging enough to keep me asking for hints but not so hard I felt completely stumped! A cool time! Thanks again Tommy and Elliot!

Customer service was so good that we decided to come back for a second game the same night. The puzzles are very challenging, well organized, and flowed. After doing dozens of escape rooms throughout the country and in Canada, I would highly recommend coming here.

THE BEST ESCAPE ROOM IN SAN DIEGO!!!! My friends and I have done multiple rooms and this was by far the best escape room experience we’ve had in years. Sophia our game master was absolutely amazing! She really set the vibe and tone of the game. We booked double rooms (the playground and the heist) and both rooms were hi-tech , interactive and very well built. It wasn’t your standard lock and key room, but truly a whole experience and story. 10/10!!! Can’t wait to book the others rooms. Also shout out to James for being super awesome in the front and checking us in! Thank you the escape game!!

They do everything super well here, and honestly it was the best Escape Room experience I’ve had yet. We did the Ruins, and the design, puzzles, and experience was so fun. The team here is extremely nice and made the experience all the better. This is a great spot and addition to the area. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Paloma, our game guide was awesome! Second time at TEG San Diego (returned the same week because it was so great the first time) and they were so nice! Was gifted a sweet note for my upcoming birthday from the workers. I hope more people find out about this location, they deserve it!

My friend and I did the prison break room with Christina, and lemme tell yall something … not only was the room amazing and so much fun, but Christina really ate and slayed the house down as our game master. She was really helpful with the hints, and gave the perfect amount to help nudge us in the right direction, when we were getting lost. She is an actual queen for that. Very attentive for when we needed help which we loved. She also noticed that we had some squid game keychains on our bags and made us this cute lit(large)tle post card! It was so cute and we will be back because of this amazing experience!!

This place is AMAAAAZING we played Ruins and Cosmic Crisis and they were two of the best escape games I’ve ever played! Naveen (hope I spelled it correctly!) was also a fantastic guide and gave the perfect custom clues for Ruins, and Birdie and Desiree gave us an epic experience in Cosmic Crisis!!! SOOO excited to play the rest of the games!!

Literally the BEST escape room I’ve ever done! We did the Cosmic Crisis and were immersed from the very beginning. Claire (our host) did an amazing job engaging us in a respectful and entertaining way. The decision was easy to buy a couple of gift cards to come back and try a different room. Oh, and of course, we escaped.

This was one of the most immersive escape rooms I've done. It was such a high quality experience, from interacting with the game masters to the room itself. The puzzles are interactive in a way I hadn't experienced. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the design of the game. Unbeknownst to me beforehand we went on opening day of the new location. Everyone was so hyped to be there and the employees were incredibly kind and friendly. My group is already planning our next escape here.

Service: 10/10 Facilities: 10/10 Production Quality: 10/10 Game: 10/10 I brought the family here for father's day and it was a perfect activity for all of us to do together. The kids and I have done escape rooms in the past and this by far was the highest quality one we've experienced. The design and implementation of the room was well thought out and there was a lot of production effort put into the story. Christina our game guide was very helpful and friendly and we had so much fun we almost went back for another round after lunch. We'll definitely be coming back for another game.

Fantastic experience doing Gold Rush, the staff were so friendly and the set design was mega realistic with lots of thoughtful detail. We had a great experience with San Diego Escape Game that we're planning on doing the Las Vegas games too!! Highly recommended!
