  • Advance notice: All Bridal Pickleball Party bookings require a minimum of six (6) weeks advance notice to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Cancellations & refunds:

    • Cancellations made six (6) weeks or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than six (6) weeks before the event are not automatically refundable. Refunds during this period are at the sole discretion of Long Island Pickleball Pros, based on scheduling, court availability, and event preparation already completed.

  • Rescheduling: Efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, but new dates are subject to court and coach availability.

  • Weather (if outdoors): Outdoor events affected by inclement weather may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, credit may be issued at the discretion of Long Island Pickleball Pros.

  • Participant responsibility: All participants agree to play safely, follow coach instructions, and participate at their own comfort level. This experience is designed for fun, not high-intensity competition.

Do I need equipment?

Long Island Pickleball Pros brings all that's needed to have a fun and enjoyable time

Do you need to be an experienced player?

No, we can provide encore coaching or we can just let you play games. Have fun and just coordinate the matches.

What kind of clothing should I wear?

Anything that's light, but be prepared to wear shorts and sneakers. Water will be provided on the court.

Am I expected to play the full 90 minutes or 120 minutes?

No, we make this a very safe and fun time to play. I provide safety instructions and I also provide instruction.

What if some of us don't wanna play

Then they could play the DJ and they could do any other games that if we have enough notice

Can I bring alcohol on the courts?

This is the case by case Bass is depending upon the location that we play some venues. Do not allow alcohol consumption on the courts.

What are the cancellation policies?

They vary from club to club, but I require at least a minimum of six weeks confirmation of the courts and the number of players
