Our 50 ft yacht named Tranquility is located in Oyster Bay, NY at the Oyster Bay Marine Center. Our other yachts are located at 76 Shore rd Glen Cove NY, at the Safe Harbor Marina.

The rental excursions are each typically a 3 hour package. However, you can combine them or add time if the schedule allows. This can be discussed/coordinated when the booking is being made. Note: There is a minimum rental of 3 hours for each yacht rental, and a 2 hour minimum for each pontoon boat rental.

“Tranquility” stays within the bays of Oyster Bay and Cold Spring Harbor due to time allowance. Traveling to a customized destination must be arranged during booking. Play time and Serenity usually stay local to the Glen Cove, north shore area. We are open to Manhattan tours with Serenity; however, it would need to be discussed, and it would require an extended charter of 6 hours.

Yes. Most of the yachts have 2 bathrooms! Plus you may use the marina rest rooms before and after the rental.

Yes, we can supply a list of local options for catered food that you can bring onboard the Yachts.

The excursions include the following: “Tranquility” in Oyster Bay: Large floats to lay out on or swim off of, 2 stand up paddle boards, a 2-person kayak, a smaller RIB speed boat that will be used to give joy rides or to do tubing on our 4-person tube, the smaller boat may be used to shuttle people to and from the shore / beach etc. We also include ice, water, and a large cooler for you to use. “Serenity” in Glen Cove includes a 2-person kayak, a stand up paddle board, and also a smaller RIB speed boat for tubing with our 2-person sit up tube. We include ice, water, and a large cooler. Other boat options will vary.

No, food and drinks are not included. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Yes alcohol is allowed. We do provide ice and water. We also provide a large cooler for you to utilize. We also have a refrigerator and freezer onboard each vessel.

You are renting the yacht and therefore have the freedom to choose the itinerary to best meet your desires. We are happy to assist with recommendations of the most popular choices / locations for cruising, sightseeing, swimming, and anchor spots in the quiet and calm waters of these bays. There are also local locations available for having a meal or drinks off board.

Yes, there are several local restaurants / bars to visit while cruising for cocktails or meals. A list will be provided to you after the booking process of local choices.

Yes on Tranquility and Serenity we do have a BBQ that can be utilized, we are happy to assist with the use of the BBQ. We have all cooking utensils available for use.

Yes, although life jackets are supplied enough for everyone on board, bringing your own comfortable or customized sizings / styles is certainly allowed. If you have young children, we RECOMMEND and encourage that you have them in a life vest before walking down the dock – in their own appropriately sized vest.

Yes, if you decide to have any of our recommended teams to crew the Yacht for your rental, then yes gratuities of 20% are expected. The gratuity should be handed directly to the captain to disperse accordingly. The crew does not receive any compensation from the owners of the Yacht, they do not work for the yacht owner, they work for the renter / charterer. Our recommended crews have agreed to work for gratuities of 20% of the charter price. The captain will divide up the gratuities amongst the entire rental yacht staff. The crew is not only a captain and mate who you may see on board the vessel with you, but also includes additional team members prior to and after the rental such as cleaners, maintenance teams, marina staff, shuttle boat drivers etc. Under the bareboat rental law, the yacht owner may not monetarily compensate the crew.

Yes, but only aboard Serenity which leaves from Glen Cove. And it would need to be coordinated properly according to tides and schedule. It is at minimum of a two-hour trip in each direction plus any additional time that guests wish to spend in the NYC harbor. A NYC cruise is best in the later part of the day so that the NYC skyline sunset can be enjoyed near the statue of liberty and the return trip home will have the beautiful nighttime view of the city of lights in all its glory.

Yes! Our beautiful clean calm bays are ideal for swimming! We will stop and anchor the boat in a safe calm area, we allow swimming and playing out on all of the water activities. The floats, kayaks, paddle boards, ect.

All deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made prior to 30 days out from the booked date, a credit will remain on the account for you to use for a future booking. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days from the rental, you will forfeit your deposit / prepayments. Regarding bad weather cancellations: decisions will be made the day of and usually within 60 minutes of the booking. The yachts have interior accommodations and we are inside of safe calm bays here, not on the ocean. If it seems unsafe to go out due to excessive high winds, heavy rain, lightening, etc then the captain would make the call to cancel the booking and your payment would be credited toward a future booking on any one of our yachts of your chosing. There are no refunds given.

We do not have an age limit, even infants are welcome. However, children will need to be wearing their own proper fitting coast guard approved life vests during the time on the yacht, including entering docks and on any shuttle boat rides. We do not have wheelchair accessibility.
