We happened upon this tour while downtown having dinner. After inquiring we were pleasantly surprised that it was very affordable. The drive was super nice and very Interesting to listen to. The history and architecture of Galveston was by far more than I anticipated. I really had no knowledge of the area. I was there on business and this was an unplanned event, with this being said I would totally come back to this area for more. I wish I had more time to explore. Highly recommend.

Ms Liz and Dee were amazing!! She gave us so much history, and shared all her wisdom about Galveston. Loved our ride, and would highly recommend it for anyone in the area.

Highly recommend taking a carriage ride with this company while in Galveston, Texas. The carriage rides really add to the charm of such a quaint town. My family takes a carriage ride every time we’re there. Our guide, Liz, was wonderful and knowledgeable about the area, giving us lots of cool facts about the area and historical homes. The owner, Clay, really takes exceptional care of his horses, even provides chiropractic care and special water for the horses so they stay hydrated. Clay wants to open a barn downtown to house the horses and provide an opportunity for people to pet the horses and witness the chiropractic care given them. This is a top-notch operation. Great people and a great service to the Galveston community. Highly recommend you support this business while in Galveston.

Liz and D (horse) were amazing! The ride was so relaxing and Liz shared so much information the entire trip. You definitely were entertained the entire trip. D was very safe with the carriage too. We took our two year old, seventeen year old and older parents with us. Good ride for all ages. And we got to pet the horse at the end and take pictures. Would definitely recommend and do again. We called and scheduled a ride same day.

I have never been on a carriage ride before and my sister n laws husband booked one for us and the kids. Sky was our tour guide and he gave us an amazing history lesson during our ride. All the staff were super sweet and we had two cute copilot puppies that we got to hold at the end. Just amazing experience this is definitely something I would recommend next time you visit. We also live in Austin where they do carriage rides and the horse typically use the bathroom all over the ground. They do no have that here. Loved that as well. I would book a ride again for sure.

It was a fantastic carriage ride! The weather was perfect. Our guide was very informative on Galveston history. Our guide had her dog with her. This added a more family atmosphere to the ride. Our only thought to improve was the use of a micophone for the hearing impair could hear the history better. Our guide had to turn constantly toward us so we could hear her.

What an absolutely magical experience to get married in the Cinderella carriage! From the planning and booking to the beautiful day and evening! It was a such a special time and we owe all our thanks to the two beautiful ladies that took our pictures while driving too! So if you want an average ride this wonderful ride isn’t for you. As a guy I really didn’t expect much. Well let me tell you I’m not big into history but absolutely loved hearing all the amazing stories. The lady (Dana) was very rich in history about this area. She did such an amazing job explaining everything all the way to early 1800’s. I would totally do this again every time we come to Galveston. I can’t say enough about the experience and the deep history we found out, even about the houses who owned them, etc.
