We had a sound bath for my bridal shower in Asheville, and it was beyond amazing. We loved the little touches that made it feel more personal, and the setup with candles and little gifts for everyone was such a thoughtful and beautiful vibe. Before we began, Amy guided us into a little intention setting ceremony, which made the whole experience feel really meaningful. The sound bath itself was incredible! I've been to several sound baths in Charlotte and can honestly say this might have been my favorite. My friends couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was! It was the perfect way to celebrate and connect before the wedding, and I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone interested in making their event extra special.

I was one of the attendees at the NC National Guard SA victim advocate conference last week, where Amy provided our group with an amazing sound bath. While meeting with my Survivor a couple days later, she was telling me about the amount of stress she was under, and I had a thought. I gave her the QR code to listen to the sound healing track Amy had created for our group, and closed the door and turned off the lights to my office while I stepped out for about 15 minutes. When I came back in and we resumed our meeting, there was a physical difference in her entire demeanor, and she said she felt ‘1000x better than I did when I woke up this morning.’ We talked more about self-care, and she took a picture of the QR code to use at home. This is just one example of how Amy’s work helped someone who was going through a difficult and frustrating time. Thank you for using your talent and gift to help others. You’ve certainly made a difference.

Amy was delightful to work with. She supported me and the NC National Guard with providing a sound bath for our Sexual Assault Victim Advocates. After several days of training, this was the PERFECT way to end our training and time together. Everyone raved about the experience. It was amazing! Amy is calming and amazing at what she does!
