Unlike standard escape rooms, our environments feature real, functional components rather than theatrical props, setting us apart through quality and realism.

What is an Escape Room experience?
An escape room is a live, interactive game experience where a group of participants is "locked" in a themed room and must work together to solve puzzles, find clues, and complete challenges within a set time limit—usually 60 minutes—in order to "escape" the room. Themes can range from detective mysteries and prison breaks to science labs and treasure hunts, creating an immersive and exciting environment that encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.
Are we really locked in a room?
It depends on your mission. Some rooms are all about solving the mystery, while others involve solving the mystery and unlocking the door. Each game is monitored on closed circuit video with audio to communicate with the Game Supervisor at anytime, so there is nothing to worry about.
How much does it cost?
Price varies based on number of players, time slot and the experience. To check the price, go to "Book Now", choose the experience, select the time slot and the number of participants. Without submitting any personal information, you will be able to see the price for the selected time. Please be aware that Escape Room is a live event, and once the booking is confirmed, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
What is the age limit?
Due to the complexity of the missions, the minimum required age of a team member for Abandoned Zombie Lab, Mastermind Heist, Tesla’s Mystery and Final Confinement is 16, and minimum age of 18 for Zodiac Serial Killer and The Other Side. Children aged 12 years old can play Prison Break and/or Nuclear Bunker room. However, they are required to have at least 1 adult present for the Nuclear Bunker, and 2 for Prison Break.
Whats the group size for the rooms?
The minimum group size is 2 people. It is impossible to accomplish some of our puzzles with less than 2 players. How and When do I book?
For small groups, you can book online, or reach out for assistance. For groups of 25 or more, contact us directly for support. Online bookings require at least 2 hours’ notice. For larger groups, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
All sales are final. However, if you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
What time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your booking. Each experience lasts 60 minutes, but we need 15 minutes before each game to go over the instructions. If you are late, the game will start without you. After the game, we will take pictures of you in the room and talk about your specific gaming experience. The whole event lasts about 75 minutes.
Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code—wear something comfortable.
Do you serve food?
We do not offer food and beverage at our location however, we are happy to make recommendations, and you are welcome to bring your catering.
Accessibility and special requirements
For wheelchair accessibility, please give us a call and we will explain in detail which rooms can be played in and in what way. The rooms most suitable are Mastermind Heist and the Abandoned Zombie Lab. Pregnant women can enjoy our games since the games are not physically challenging. Abandoned Zombie Lab is on a bit of a scary side, as well as the Zodiac Serial Killer and The Other Side, which may feature jump scares.
I am claustrophobic, can I still play?
Yes absolutely. We have had several players with said condition that successfully have completed a multitude of our challenges. Some games are more spacious than others, give us a call and we will happily go over details and move you in the right direction of which challenge to pick that will suit your comfort level the best.

We are located in Downtown Miami at 28 SE 1st Street, Miami 33131 (Between Miami Ave and SE 1st Ave) Public transport: Metromover, Metrobus and Metrorail available 24/7 Car service: Uber Own transport: Parking is available on the street and in the parking garage next door $18 (for up to 2h) and other public parking lots around the building ($10 & UP)
What are the rules for people under the influence?
Although some things might be more fun under the influence of mind-altering substances, we don't think this is one of them. Having a clear mind actually makes this activity more enjoyable. We also do not tolerate substance abuse and have zero tolerance attempting to participate while under the influence of any mind-altering drug other than caffeine or prescribed medication. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason without a refund.
