Frequently Asked Questions for Mobile Permanent Jewelry Party in Carmel-by-the-Sea

Question 1

How does permanent jewelry work?

Accepted Answer

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit to your wrist, ankle, or neck and welded together without a clasp. The process is quick, painless, and takes just a few minutes. If you ever want or need to remove your jewelry, you can simply cut the small jump ring with a pair of scissors or nail clippers.

Question 2

What if I want a clasp instead?

Accepted Answer

No problem! If you'd prefer a clasp instead of a welded piece, we can add one for you. You'll still receive a custom-fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace. Just with the convenience of being able to take it on and off whenever you'd like.

Question 3

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Our jewelry is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for everyday wear.

Question 4

What types of jewelry do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer bracelets, anklets, necklaces, hand chains, and waist chains in a variety of chain styles.

Question 5

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Accepted Answer

While permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, accidents can happen. If your chain breaks at the weld point and you still have the chain, we're happy to reweld it. If the chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a new chain would need to be purchased.

Question 6

Do you travel to us?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We bring the entire permanent jewelry experience directly to your Airbnb, hotel, home, winery, beach house, or event venue throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Cruz. Travel fees may apply

Question 7

How long does the experience take?

Accepted Answer

Most guests take about 5-10 minutes to choose their chain, get fitted, and have their jewelry welded. Total event time depends on your group size.

Question 8

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private events require a $300 minimum purchase not including travel fees.

Question 9

Can I book if it's just me or a small group?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you don't meet the minimum for a private event, I'd still love to help. I regularly host permanent jewelry pop-ups throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Cruz, and I'm happy to help you find an upcoming event that's convenient for you. Whether you're coming on your own or with a few friends, you can stop by one of my pop-ups and enjoy the same custom permanent jewelry experience.

Question 10

Can kids get permanent jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Guests under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian's permission.

Question 11

What types of events do you book?

Accepted Answer

We love celebrating bachelorette parties, birthdays, bridal showers, girls' weekends, corporate events, team-building events, baby showers, graduation parties, and more!
