Yes, Silent Flower is legal in the majority of U.S. states thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill passed by Congress. This bill reclassified hemp as an agricultural product. 
Our hemp-derived THC non-alcoholic rosé is crafted to sip like your favorite rosé—just without the alcohol.

We craft Silent Flower using a proven nano-emulsification process, making the THC experience lighter, clearer, faster-acting, shorter-lasting, social, and predictable—so in many ways, quite different than a traditional edible.

Does it actually taste like wine?

We worked with a legend in the hemp space to craft a flavor profile as close as possible to alcoholic rosé – light, crisp, dry, and fruit-forward.

The texture and bitterness of the ethanol molecule are difficult to mimic exactly. (The same molecule that can result in less pleasant effects.) However, we think you'll agree that Silent Flower is a delicious, non-alcoholic alternative that still provides the buzz you enjoy.
