• Max capacity of 10 passengers (all guest count no matter the age)

• Per USCG regulations for parties over 6 passengers the cost of your captain/fuel is NOT included in the cost. An additional charge of $100/hr will be due upon arrival and can be paid directly to your captain via cash or Venmo.

• No Pets

Information on captain:

• For parties of 1-6 passengers a USCG captain is included in the charter.

• For parties of 7 - 10 passengers a captain will be provided for the additional cost outlined above unless otherwise requested (please contact your charter after booking & prior to your charter if you do NOT want us to provide a captain and you meet the criteria below).

• Per USCG regulations parties of 7 - 10 passengers have the ability to choose their own captain, hire an outside captain or captain the vessel themselves. In order to hire an outside captains or captain the vessel yourself you must have insurance that covers the boat, the operating company and the marina. In addition the captain must have at minimum of an USCG masters license and 100 days experience on Lake Tahoe.
