About this Experience
What you'll do:
You and your crew take the wheel of a 22-foot Mastercraft NXT22 on South Lake Tahoe for four hours of wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing, or just cruising the clearest alpine water in California. This is a private Lake Tahoe boat rental, meaning the boat is yours, the itinerary is yours, and the only agenda is whatever your group decides.
Mastercraft NXT22: You're on one of the most capable wake and surf boats available, a 22-foot vessel purpose-built to throw a clean, consistent wake for riders of any level.
Activities included: The rental comes stocked with wakeboards, surfboards, and tubes so your group can switch between disciplines without hauling any gear.
Captain provided: Every rental includes a selection from Tahoe Wakebusters' roster of approved local captains who know South Lake Tahoe's water, wind patterns, and best spots.
Sound system: Onboard Bluetooth speakers let you connect your own playlist and keep the energy up whether you're riding or waiting your turn.
Duration options: Beyond the four-hour party booking, Tahoe Wakebusters also offers two-hour and eight-hour rentals to fit different schedules and budgets.
Book by the party, not by the person. Whether your group is five or ten, the rate stays flat so the per-person cost drops the more friends you bring.
Why we love it for your group:
Group capacity: The NXT22 holds up to 10 passengers plus the captain, so larger crews stay together rather than splitting across two boats.
Cooler storage: There's dedicated storage for a cooler and personal gear, so you can pack drinks and snacks without sacrificing space.
Full tank of gas: A full tank is included for the entire rental, so you cover more water and spend zero time calculating fuel costs.
Flexible activities: Wakeboarding, wake surfing, and tubing are all on the table, giving every person in the group something to try at their own pace.
Private charter feel: This is not a shared tour. Your group has exclusive use of the boat and the captain's full attention for the entire booking.
