Standard Ticket ($60/person): Includes full access to the class and all necessary tools, dip pens, nibs, inks, and practice workbooks to use during the workshop (supplies stay with the instructor after class).
Supply Kit Upgrade Option: Guests have the choice to purchase and keep their beginner calligraphy kit (dip pen, nibs, ink bottle, and practice guide) to continue practicing at home!

Do I need good handwriting or prior experience to take this class?
Not at all! Handwriting and calligraphy are different processes. You do not need any experience to have fun and learn in this beginner-friendly class.
How long is the calligraphy workshop?
The class runs for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. This gives your group plenty of time to learn how to use a dip pen, practice basic strokes, write letterforms, and work on connecting letters into words.
What is included in the $60 Standard Ticket?
The standard ticket covers full instruction and access to all necessary tools during class, including dip pen holders, nibs, sumi ink, practice workbooks, and paper. Note: Under the standard ticket, tools and supplies are returned to the instructor at the end of the session.
What should we wear to class?
Casual, comfortable clothing is best! We will be working with black sumi ink, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a tiny ink drop on just in case.
