What’s required to book an appointment?
All appointments are booked securely through Square. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but cannot be guaranteed. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your spot.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Are refunds offered?
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy with your results, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns and offer a complimentary fix if appropriate.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Square checkout. Cash payments are also welcome but need to be completed with exact change. We do not accept checks at this time.
Can I bring a guest?
To maintain a serene and safe atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are scheduled for a service. This helps us provide the best experience for all clients and ensures compliance with our safety standards.
