This tour was amazing. My niece is a huge fan of Hamilton, The Musical. . She loved learning more about Hamilton, the Revolution and actually seeing the locations. Listening to the score from the musical made the tour even more fun. We walked 2,5 miles but it felt like a nice stroll. Dana was so accommodating and informative. I totally recommend this tour!!

Dana was a fantastic guide, who followed up with some local recommendations after the tour was over. As a native New Yorker I walked away with a deeper appreciation for my hometown.

Dana was so knowledgable and made the tour so exciting! We started right on time, it was easy to find her, and I felt immersed from the start. Even from the beginning of our booking experience, Dana was willing to go back and forth with me about what style/topic/neighborhood could work and she was open to anything! Great way to learn more about NYC for anyone who lives, works, or visits New York!

My daughter and I visited NYC to celebrate her 21st birthday, and one of the highlights of our trip was Hamilton: The Musical Walking Tour of Lower Manhattan. It was a great mix of history and the music we both love. Dana, our guide, was friendly, approachable, and clearly knows her subject inside and out. She connected the historical sites with moments from the show in a way that made the tour engaging from start to finish. I especially liked the stop by the river, where she talked about Washington’s nighttime evacuation of his troops during the Revolutionary War. I was familiar with the story, but I appreciated the way she set the scene—it made me picture it happening right where we were standing. The earpieces that played songs from the original cast recording added a fun touch, and hearing the music while standing in the places that inspired it made me see the city through a completely new lens. This tour is a must for anyone who loves history, Broadway, or simply wants to experience New York in a fresh, memorable way. The next time we’re in the city, I’ll absolutely seek out another of Dana’s tours.

LOVED our tour! If you are a Hamilton fan this tour is for you! Our tour guide was so accommodating to us, she waited and stopped the tour so we could get water (thank you Dana!) I brought two tweens and our 10 year old and Dana let them yap yap yap about the connections they made through the history we were learning and the play. Dana is SUPER knowledgeable about NYC and Hamilton. She has a wonderful, happy personality that immediately puts you at ease while still maintaining the pace to complete the tour.
