We personally manage every element of the boil, delivering Louisiana's freshest crawfish with explosive flavor that only a local, hands-on operation can guarantee. We handle the entire spectacle, from the perfect boil timing to the dramatic final dump and complete cleanup, ensuring you and your crew spend every moment celebrating.

Our specialty is authentic Louisiana Crawfish, which is seasonal, typically running from February through June 1. If your event falls outside of this window, we expertly provide year-round Gulf Shrimp Boils (This can change).

Yes. Our high culinary standards extend across our menu. We expertly provide Raw Bar Oysters and Chargrilled Oysters (seasonal availability) as well as year-round Gulf Shrimp Boils. These specialty options are perfect for elevating the event spectacle.
How long does the service last, and do you handle the cleanup?
We handle everything! Our service includes efficient setup, the full cooking and serving performance, and meticulous, complete cleanup afterward. We ensure we leave your location spotless, allowing you to focus solely on enjoying your guests and the unforgettable experience. We arrive 60 minutes before your boil and don't leave until its spotless!
How far in advance should I book my party?
Because we are a specialized, hands-on operation dedicated to personalized quality, our dates fill up quickly, especially during peak crawfish season (Feb-June) and for weekend events. We highly recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date.

The vibe is our commitment to atmosphere.
