With over a decade of experience in some of the world's finest kitchens from NYC to Europe to New Orleans, Chef Adam Mayer has a diverse culinary background and skill set. As true hospitality professionals, we strive to create a whole experience, starting with the best food you'll find anywhere. Adam is the Chef and Owner of several of New Orleans' "most exciting pop ups" (Eater Nola) including Txow Txow Pintxos, Latke Daddy, and now Two Bites Events & Catering.

Either buffet or plated meals are available. As with all of our services, we can cater to any dietary restrictions in your group.

Four Course Bespoke Dinner

A four course plated meal customized to your preferences, loves, and dislikes.

For a minimum of 5 people and a max of 15 people. There is a staffing fee of $150 for groups of 8 or more. This fee must be added on to your booking request.

Snack Hour + Four Course Dinner

Start with a spread of delicious snacks while you play games, get into the mood, or just chill! We specialize in delicious bites and delectable cheese and charcuterie spreads. Then sit down for a fully customized four course dinner menu catered to your group's preferences.

New Orleans Seafood Boil

For those who like it spicy! Let us come to you and create the New Orleans style seafood boil of your dreams.

Offering crawfish during season (December to June), shrimp year round, plus all the classic and custom fixings you need! We'll set it all up and even show you how to peel crawfish like a true cajun.

Minimum 10 people.

Staffing Fee for Groups of 8 and up

$190per party

For groups of 8 or more, your private chef will bring along an assistant to help in the kitchen and with serving the plated courses for your meal.

This is a mandatory fee for groups of 8+ purchasing the "Four Course Bespoke Dinner" or the "Snack Hour + Four Course Dinner" option. Booking requests for those parties will not be accepted without this fee.
