Andrea is an incredible teacher, guide, and friend. She is extremely intentional in her work. She does not judge and guides with her heart. If you have the chance to take any of her classes or her retreats do it! I love how fun and empowering her aerial classes are or how calming her yin practice is. Even after 15 years of yoga she is still my favorite teacher.

Andrea is a truly incredible teacher. I fell in love with her after my very first class with her where she explained all the complicated nuances of aerial yoga sooo easily and understandably. Over the years I then started taking her aerial dance classes, hula, and silks! I love them all. She is hilarious, soulful, and makes everything feel doable and so fun.
