We had Josh as our Game Host and he was OUTSTANDING!! Our family was here for a Christmas Vacation and are avid escape room players (over 50). Josh was, by far, one of the best game hosts we have ever had. He even found escape rooms from our hometown and recommended them to us! Unbelievable experience! Thank you Josh!

This was a fun place with several options for escape room genres. We chose the secret agent room, with five people, it was a challenging room with great scenery for an immersive experience. Armed with two adults, a 17 year old, 13 year old, and 13 year old, we barely missed completing the challenge mode and completed the mission in 47:34. Definitely worth the stop with a great staff for a fun experience!

Always a blast— our game guides, Jules and Caleb, and Compass up front…were hilarious and hyped for the games. They make it so much fun…we’ve done escape rooms all over the country, and THIS place has the best props, best tech, best puzzles, and best team we’ve ever come across!! From the moment you walk in, you are immersed in fun. Thanks for a great time!

Chris and Jules were very helpful, friendly and engaging. We did the timeline escape room and it was a ton of fun! not easy but a ton of fun. AND…. We escaped with less than a minute to go !!!!

I went for my birthday and got a great discount! Me and my dad had the funnest time ever. Literally my funnest day of the year, not exaggerating. Since I hadn’t done one before I was pretty nervous, but they had very beginner friendly ones and allowed you to get unlimited hints! We had very accommodating, kind, and hilarious staff lead us! We cracked many laughs with Jules and a tall guy who I forgot his name. (sorry 😭) I had an amazing time bonding with my dad while feeling like I was in a YouTube escape room video.

Awesome escape room. Staff are friendly. Experience was stress free. So many different escape rooms to choose from as well as a challenge level for those who are experienced. We finished in 59 minutes and it was our first time doing it. You should definitely give it a try.

I went 3 times in 36 hours and all my game guides were so great! I had the opportunity of doing prison break w/ chris, the heist w/ ollie and the timeliner w/ jack. so so fun! highly highly recommend!!

Our family had an amazing time. The staff was all friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to our game master Lilly for making it a memorable time for our kids!

My husband and I loved this place. I had always wanted to do an escape room experience and it was above my expectations. We decided to do the train. It was definitely challenging, but you can ask for as many hints as you want, and we did. They were so helpful and so nice when we checked in. It was our 30th anniversary, and they made us a card and everybody signed it. So thoughtful of them. Thank you everyone for making it such a great time and experience. We appreciate you.

I can't remember our game hosts name (sorry) but she was also amazing, she heard it was my wife's birthday and hung balloons and a banner up for her. It was so fun and we highly recommend!

It was so fun! Really enjoyed this adventure with our guide Andrew, he was so helpful and gave us all the hints we needed and wanted! Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Will definitely visit here again next time! Really family bonding and fun to do with friends.

My mom and I went the other day to play Prison Break, and we had the BEST time!! The staff were incredibly friendly, Jo and John were absolutely awesome and made sure we had the best time. We did escape (thanks to the many clues from Jo), but it was definitely a close call! At the end of the game, the staff surprised me with a Gatlinburg Escape Game shirt, because they had heard me talking about it in the lobby! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Absolutely the BEST time! We love The Escape Game and this location went above and beyond for us! We have successfully escaped every current room and were given some goodies and a personalized certificate! We were told about Easter eggs to go back and find and maybe beat our best times. I always recommend these games because they are so much fun, but I want to also recommend this location for the great customer service as well! Companies don’t always go above and beyond, especially these days and especially on a busy spring break weekend. We would have been happy just playing these awesome themed rooms, but to be treated so great made a lasting impression, and we are so thankful for that! We left there and immediately called family to tell them how awesome it was. We are still in awe of the “luck” we had going there. But it’s not just luck, it’s the people- so THANK YOU to the entire crew that made today a happy memory! A special thanks to Curtis, Caleb and Marissa!

These last few days were my first experiences ever playing an escape room..and it was VERY fun!! on our first trip here, a few days ago, curtis was our game guide. He was super charismatic and funny! He was also really helpful at giving us clues and stuff :) On our second time coming back, which was today, marissa was our game guide!! She was just as charismatic and sweet. She also helped us a lot because we had NO clue what we were doing.lol! Overall this was a wonderful experience and the next time I am in gatlinburg I fully plan to come back!! They sell pins in the lobby for each room and I’ve made sure to buy some so i can remember which rooms i’ve done for the next time i visit :D

Me and my cousins went here when we were on vacation in Gatlinburg. Joe and Curtis helped us out during our visit late at night, best customer service EVER. Cracking jokes the whole time and even danced with us and joined our congo line to the front desk after escaping The Heist(we couldn’t have done it without Joe) Going here was probably the best decision we made in Gatlinburg. All I can say is, “Wow”! Everyone I encountered at this location is absolutely amazing—especially Curtis. My family and I have done a plethora of escape rooms all over the country, but I have never felt more welcomed and appreciated than I did at this location—especially as a veteran. Curtis went out of his way to express his appreciation for not only my years of service in the Army [7.5 years, 25U], but most importantly, to let my kids know that they also matter. He sincerely made their day without even knowing it. Although we didn’t’t escape, his hospitality and kindness alone is why we’re about to try it again. Thank you all SO much! Stay AWESOME!

We popped in to check out this Escape Room at The Escape Game. There were six escape room options to choose from and the staff was super friendly that greeted us at the door. We decided to go with the Special Ops Mysterious Market room. These rooms are great as they do a great job of immersing you into the storyline. The rooms were clean and impeccably maintained. Our host Chris was very helpful, and so polite, and we really enjoyed the strategy of the game. We were fortunate enough to escape before the time ran out and as a result were able to save the entire world. If you enjoy escape games or are looking to try one I would definitely recommend giving The Escape Room a try. You will not regret it! Good luck...
