I Am giving these good folks 5 Star. I made the reservation the day before with Ryan to be picked up in Morristown Tn at 5:30 Am for drop off at Knoxville Airport. He was courteous on time friendly, and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.. Now you know they come to Morristown please call to make your reservation with Ryan.

I booked Smoky Bear Shuttle for transfers to and from Knoxville Airport to Pigeon Forge, and it could not have been better or easier. The booking process was simple, and the pickup instructions and location were clear. Alex was my driver for both trips, and he was great. (Hope you had fun on your cruise, Alex!) Highly recommend their transport service.

I needed a last minute, long-distance shuttle from Pigeon Forge to Nashville. Lola turned it around in 30 minutes and had my driver at the hotel two hours later. Dallas, the driver, was extremely friendly and accomodating - we had great conversation throughout the journey. Excellent experience and good value for money.

I truly cannot praise this company enough! What could have been a disastrous vacation turned into a great experience, all thanks to the incredible team at Smoky Bear Shuttle. When our car broke down en route to our destination, we were worried our weekend plans were ruined. But Lola went above and beyond to ensure we had transportation on very short notice for our Saturday evening plans. Dallas was absolutely amazing—navigating us around the chaos of the slammedenuff car show and even taking care of us again on Sunday on his day off! Lola also helped coordinate a location for my car to be picked up by a transport service, which was a huge help. And on Monday, Ruth was fantastic in getting us to the airport smoothly. Smoky Bear Shuttle truly turned a stressful situation into a bright spot of our trip. We’re so grateful for their kindness, flexibility, and outstanding service!

I needed a ride to the airport from the Gatlinburg area. Lola was fantastic -- answered the phone to help me out with a question before I booked, kept in contact while on the way through some gnarly traffic, and an absolute delight to talk with on the drive. Website was easy to use when booking and the rate is very reasonable since they'll pick you up from several different points in the area. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
