I walked over from the Marriott Grand Chateau nearby after getting a recommendation. The staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was great. It was a little loud inside so it was hard to hear at times, but every dish was authentic and delicious. We had a really fun time! What impressed me the most was how warm and welcoming Vanessa and Guillermo were. They really made our night special. I'd definitely love to come back the next time I'm in Vegas!

Right when I sat down at the bar I was greeted with smiles and great attitude from Nico and Guillermo! Talk about customer service, making good drinks and the food! I do recommend if you sit at the bar you will be taken care of. They are very good here with their service and food. 👍🏽

Great Drinks, great atmosphere but most especial of all was our Bartender Mr. Nico and Ash and not to forget Stephanie our server! Made our Night as long as they’re there! We would be back!

Cute spot with fantastic drinks and fun food. A solid choice if you are on the strip. Everything is fresh and house made. Our meals were very good. The steak was perfectly medium rare as we wanted. The drinks and salsa made up for a slightly under seasoned meal overall. Would be great for a special occasion party. Very spotlessly clean.

I’m really loving this restaurant. I’ve already been three times since staying in Las Vegas. The service is great! The food is excellent. The ambiance is nice. I’ve gotten a few different dishes each time and loved them all. I recommend stopping by if you have a chance while in Las Vegas; you won’t regret it.

I first discovered Rosa Mexicano years ago in New York City and still remember their unforgettable, tableside guacamole. So when we saw one on the Vegas Strip, we had to try it — and it was just as delicious! We shared two enchiladas that were out of this world, paired with incredibly fresh salsa. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely kind. Our waitress, Ann Marie, was wonderful — so friendly, professional and attentive. When our guacamole order was accidentally missed, she and her manager came by to apologize and offered us a complimentary pre-order on the house. Such a thoughtful touch!

Truly a flavorful restaurant. We been to a few resort style Mexican restaurants that are toned down in flavor for mass consumption. Not this place. Starting with the Pink Chips and Salsa to our Beef Brisket Enchiladas and Birra Tacos. I'm extra picky with my rice seasoning, Rosa Mexicano did not skimp out. Their Pomegranate Margaritas are well balanced. Miguel treated us well, and even introduced us to Excutive Chef Fernando! Can't wait to go back and try their Special, Al Pastor Pork Ribs. Yes, it is a little pricey, but didn't think it was overpriced food, especially for the location, quality, service and care you will experience here.

Absolutely great good! I was there last week and the food was amazing! I was recommended by Kadey and so glad I went! I will be back again and again amazing service as well. I’m puerto Rican and the food tasted so authentic. Love it 10/10 recommend and will be back with my family for sure!

Such a cute pink place! The service was phenomenal and the food was great. I judge a place by a salsa and their salsa was delicious and everything after it was also delicious.!

Spectacular all around.. service, atmosphere, location, to the time they open. Opening at 7:30 am was a huge plus to us. We enjoyed breakfast multiple times while sitting in the outdoor area. Both our servers were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious both times, as were the bottomless mimosas. The steak and eggs, what a deal! Steak had great flavor and eggs come as you requested. I really enjoyed my two eggs, any style with toast the potatoes, amazing! The peppers gave them a nice kick, and they had such flavor! Best breakfast potatoes we've had at a restaurant. The second time, I added a side of ham, which was good.

Delicious guacamole — if you sit inside, they’ll make it fresh right in front of you! The outdoor seating is more fun vibe-wise, though. The duck taco was amazing — super flavorful and worth trying. I didn’t love the mezcal margaritas, but that might just be me not being a big fan of alcohol.

One color to describe this place: PINK! Pink tortillas, pink menus, pink decorations, and pink lights. Yes, they really do have pink tortillas! It's not just the lighting! We stopped here for happy hour! Very delicious noms and nice staff! I had the Baja fish tacos - so yum! Very nice and cozy vibes here especially since it's right next to the Strip!

The food was incredible and complemented by the outstanding service. The place is very pretty with lots of pink — and we loved the plates and drinks too! The chicken enchiladas were our favorite, but we loved the Birria Quesatacos too! We plan to make this a visit every time we return to Vegas because of what a great experience it was. It’s a little pricier, but that’s to be expected - you are in Vegas, on the strip, eating delicious, fresh food.
