I’ve rented multiple pontoons from them for both fun days with friends and special days with family, and every experience has been absolutely amazing. Their customer service and communication are always 10/10. From the booking process to the day of the rental, their team is friendly, helpful, responsive, and makes everything so easy and stress-free. We were in Arizona for a birthday trip and our captain TK was nothing short of amazing! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet! He had a great time with our group and would recommend him to anyone!! He was such a blessing to our boat day! The company itself was also great, very easy to book and the communication was excellent. 10/10!!!

We had the most wonderful afternoon on lake pleasant.after renting a boat and captain todd through Westside Recreation We had 12 ladies and the captain who was funny, informative and a great driver. We brought prosecco, wine , and made a charcuterie board. The weather was superb and we saw donkeys on the canyon and eagles fly through the sky. I Would highly recommend this top notch company.

Super amazing day rented a two-story boat with a slide took all the little ones. We went on a Monday. The lake was empty. It was fantastic. The staff was awesome. They answered any questions that we had along the way in a super timely manner. Can't wait to do it again.

West Side recreation is the way to go for a boat rental. I have rented boats in the past with other companies and had horrible experiences. West side recreations was a breath of fresh air. All of their boats are in pristine condition. The communication is wonderful and all of the staff are very helpful and pleasant. We rented the Bentley Tri toon and it was perfect for 13 people to fit comfortably. It was completely shaded, awesome stereo, plenty of room and the ride was fast and smooth! We also rented the large matt and it was so much fun to relax on with my girls in the lake. I will only rent from them moving forward.
