I got too excited and I forgot to get a good picture of our main course which was a lasagna, roasted veggies, and quinoa pilaf. Pictured is the delicious strawberry mint hibiscus cocktail, bruschetta, and the cheesecake which was the best vegan cheesecake we've had in 10 years. Whether or not you're looking for plant based meals, I absolutely can't recommend her food or service enough!!!

LISTEN!!! I say we hadddd a FANTASTIC experience with our FIRST Date Night In as my husband and I celebrated our 2nd year anniversary as parents. Cora's Custom Creations showed out and we had the pleasure to indulge in deliciousness. They created such a romantic atmosphere and it was even more special getting this first hand design. Cora’s Custom Creations turned our dining area into a Full Romantic scene with soothing music and we were able to take turns celebrating with our newborn baby girl Yana right in our apartment.

The attendees had wonderful things to say about the desserts -- the tres leches cake was especially delicious. We loved the layout and the quality of the food and drink provided.

As a plant based person in the south, it can be very difficult to find plant based cuisine. Finding a plant based caterer, who offers a wide variety of cultural cuisine is unheard of! Cora was all this and then some! This review won’t do her justice. From menu conceptualization to the plating … the flavors … it was all top tier! 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend!!!

Cora is such a great chef, she puts a lot of heart and soul into not just her food but the way she presents it. I love the fact that she is searching for ways to give back to the community by teaching how to grow your own food. Every meal is served with affirmations, that was my favorite part.
