“The most amazing fresh fish I’ve ever had”

“It made my friend’s party, was the best part of the night! Exceeded our expectations”

Taka’s sushi was incredibly delicious! He is very professional and so nice. My friends at my bachelorette weekend had the best time and thought the food was great. Taka is very clean as well and the sushi is fresh. Thank you for making it an incredible experience!

Our group of 14 had the best time. The fish was fresh and amazing and there was the perfect amount. 10/10 recommend. Already planning on the next time we can do this!

We booked Taka for sushi catering for my birthday pool party in August, and it was absolutely AMAZING!!!! All of my friends kept complimenting how delicious everything was! The presentation was beautiful and every single sushi dish was so fresh and delicious. We were a little worried about the summer heat, but everything was so good that every plate was cleared so quickly! We had about 35–40 people attend and Taka and his team were able to accommodate everyone. Everyone left full and happy and we even had leftovers! 😆 We also added on the scallop, uni, and toro which we are SO glad we did because they were SO SO GOOD!!!! 🤤 You can truly see the love and passion that Taka and his team put into their food. If you want to impress your guests, I highly recommend them!! You will not be disappointed!

The sushi was phenomenal, fresh and amazingly flavorful - some of the best I’ve ever had! And the service was top notch as well, professional, friendly and generous. Would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for top of the line sushi from a true master!

WOW!! Just WOW!! We hired Taka from AFC Sushi Catering for my husband’s 40th birthday party, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. The sushi was unbelievably fresh (they sourced the fish that morning and prepared everything on-site), absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. Taka and Yuki are some of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever hope to have at your event. They were warm, professional, and made the entire experience effortless. And let me tell you… they made SO MUCH SUSHI. We had a house full of people eating all night and still had leftovers. Every guest was raving about it!!! Amazing food!!Amazing people!!Amazing experience!!! 10/10!! 5 stars!! Book them!!!

Taka made my friends bachelorette so special! He is an amazing chef and so friendly.

We had the most amazing experience at our bachelorette party thanks to Chef Taka! From the very beginning, everything felt incredibly professional. Watching the preparation process was impressive! Every ingredient he brought was fresh and high quality, and you could immediately tell how much care and attention he puts into his work. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and he made the whole evening feel special, fun, and memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better private sushi chef to celebrate such an important moment. Highly recommend Chef Taka if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience!!!

“We were incredibly happy with the whole experience hiring Asian Fusion catering to prepare a delicious sushi feast for an at-home birthday party. They were very professional, responsive and reasonably-priced. Most importantly, their food is delicious. My daughter said it was the best sushi she’s ever had. My husband, who is very picky about raw seafood, agreed this was very high-quality and delicious. Everyone at the party was very satisfied. I will be hiring Asian Fusion Catering again in the future. Thank you for a perfect experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Taka’s Asian Fusion Catering three times now, and every single time has been exceptional. The quality of the fish is unbelievably fresh. The presentation is always elegant and beautiful. On top of that, Taka himself is so kind, professional, and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely continue to use him for future events!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. They went above and beyond. The presentation was stunning—every platter looked like a piece of art. The quality and freshness of the fish were unmatched! I highly recommend them for parties. The bride of our bachelorette party called it the highlight of her weekend. Thanks guys!

“amazing service! We were a big chaotic group and they were happy to work right in it. Food options were delicious and they were flexible with certain dietary restrictions. Fun, can do attitudes! So happy our group was able to just enjoy ourselves in the company of the house and be comfortably ourselves. Highly recommend!”

“5/5 overall experience! The fried rice sushi and sashimi is going to live in my brain rent-free forever, portions were amazing and was so much nicer than going to a restaurant. Would definitely do this again!”

“5/5, still in disbelief that we got 5 star food/service/portions for 3 star prices without even having to leave the house”

“5/5 the food was so delicious and their energy was fantastic! They were able to accommodate all dietary preferences as well.”

“5/5 fresh fish, generous portions, delicious meal, good vibes, and accommodating to our groups preferences. 100% better than eating out at a restaurant”

“Sushi five out of five stars loved the variety of fish and vegetarian options.”

Taka and his partner were fantastic! They were super friendly, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. Our experience was incredible and customizable. We did omakase and highly recommend it. All of the fish was caught that morning and served unbelievably fresh. The rolls had just the right amount of rice and allowed each piece of sushi to shine. Literally the best sushi I’ve ever had and was the highlight of the trip. We’re still talking about his sushi. Book Taka, you won’t regret it!

Taka was such an amazing sushi chef and we all highly recommended hiring him for an amazing catered experience! We had him for my sister’s bachelorette and he did not disappoint! Would hire again! Thanks again, Taka!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would! This experience was absolutely amazing! I cannot express enough how impressed I was and how satisfied the entire group was. The freshest sushi/sashimi/nigiri you could ask for, cutting and preparing everything right in front of you. Everyone in our group was completely full and there was still plenty of food leftover. They were so generous and kind enough to prepare us a plate of sashimi for us to enjoy the next day, which was so thoughtful. They were very fun and courteous, left the place spotless afterward. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves sushi and wants to have an incredible in-home experience. Make sure you come hungry!

Asian Fusion Catering always brings fresh fish in ample quantities. Taka and his team are very professional and stay at the event until everyone is full and until the event is over. They never run out of food. Excellent presentation also! Highly recommend!

Exceptional quality food. So fresh! They are very accommodating and creative! Courteous to our guests and accommodating with custom orders. Use this company, Asian Fusion Catering! You will not regret it!

Taka came on time and provided everything for our special gathering! His service was great and all of us had an amazing time! We would definitely recommend to others and request him to come again!

Taka is a super talented Sushi Chef, with a great sense of humor, which makes him a huge hit with my guests. He handles large events easily.

Having hired Asian fusion catering for my birthday party, I didn't realize how easy it would be for me. Everything was done for me from appetizers to the sushi rolls salad and a dish for those who don't eat fish. He even brought his own rice maker and prepared the sushi right in from of us. I would definitely hire him again. Everything was fresh and delicious. He will cater to your desired sushi selection!

I hosted a 40 person sushi dinner party. Chef Taka arrived early and well prepared. After discussing the menu and items to be served he immediately went to work creating the exact items we had discussed quickly and efficiently. His knife skills and sushi assembly were on point and all the guests were impressed and wanting more. Everything was excellent and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend them if you are considering hiring a sushi chef. And, the price was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased and will definitely hire him again. Thanks!!!
